i would recommend for early mornings, evenings and stormy weather. Although the lights are very visible when being used as mentioned, the lights do not really show at all during a sunny day. Good quality, charged batteries last for hours, easy to put on and comfortable to wear.

This LED vest works quite well. The batteries last a long time and keep the lights bright in the dark. I walk quite a bit before the sun comes up and after the sun goes down and this vest keeps me visible to any vehicles and other pedestrians. I always use the third light option which has the green light on steady. The light in front is bright enough to illuminate the sidewalk right in front of me as I walk. That’s real handy. The size is easy to adjust and it fits me well. I’m pleased with my purchase and recommend this product.
