Garbanzo beans, aka chickpeas are a super food, and this product is excellent. I would purchase these again. They are good quality beans.

I buy these all the time I love chickpea beans, garbanzo beans, whatever you like to call them they’re both the same name but they’re amazing. They taste great and I highly recommend the organic kind.

Brought this and got this Garbanzo Beans After 10 months it changes to totally different beans how can this be possible I too a pic showing the changes am going to throw them out because I don't know what happened am so surprised 🤔

We keep returning again and again to order Food to Live's organic dried beans as they are always whole and fresh, meaning very few to no broken beans and wonderfully fresh tasting when cooked. We have ordered several types of their beans and all have been excellent. We make large pots of bean/vegetable stews and serve them every day to our family, so we go through lots of dried beans! The quality of beans has been consistently good since we discovered the Food to Live brand on Amazon. We will keep ordering.

These beans were so very small. It took twice as long to soak and cook them and they never did soften up in order to make a smooth hummus. Not sure if perhaps they were picked too early and were too young but I've never had to deal with garbanzo beans so small. May have to go back to canned.

So, I started buying non-perishables in bulk in the event of a natural (or unnatural) disaster so that my family won't starve. We cook up a batch of these about once every other week. We've made hummus, stir frys, wraps, you name it. If you do purchase these I recommend the following: Always soak the beans over night, change the soaking water a couple of times, if cooking in a pressure cooker, add about 5 more minutes to the cooking time and also allow the pressure to drop naturally instead of turning the pressure release valve to give 'em more time to cook. We found that our batch takes longer to become pleasantly soft after cooking.
