One kinda came apart, when I dry fit the latch to make sure the door could shut with it in place a "D" shaped piece of metal came out of the works when actuated, by closing the door, without the handles in place. Seemed weird I've never had a door latch fall apart when actuated without the rest of the lock. Used to work maintenance, done a lot of locks. It was easy enough to fiddle back in place.
