Face melting body rushing hot, long lasting, and very interesting
DISCLAIMERS:1. If Tabasco is your limit, DO NOT - I repeat, DO NOT - TRY GROUND ZERO. Some people are naturally heat-intolerant, and there are cases where such people have been hospitalized - or in rare cases, DIED - for taking on challenges they shouldn't have.2. If you put it on a plate for dabbing/dipping, rinse that plate in a gentle stream of cold water immediately after eating. I made the mistake of letting a blob dry out, then using the faucet spray setting with hot water. I don't care how heat tolerant you are. A lungful of Ground Zero vapor will make you suffer, and not in a good way.On to the review.Medium hot sauces were enough for me for years, but during 2024 I've developed a serious tolerance (no idea why). I even tried Last Dab Xperience a few weeks ago. It's rated at 2,693,000 Scoville units, but it was disappointing. Tasty, good heat, a hint of endorphin buzz. But it takes at least 1/2 teaspoon to get there. So I ordered Ground Zero based on some Web reviews. The package arrived. I unboxed it, made a burrito, cut one bite, added 2 drops, and ate it.A few seconds of silence while the nuclear missile descended. It detonated. The heat wave came. Instant pain, thoughts of possible regret. The burn grew moment by moment, quickly surpassing any hot sauce or raw pepper burn I'd ever felt. And it wasn't *close* to finishing. Wave after wave. Coughing, snotty, weepy, sweaty, red-faced, yelling "F***!". I wasn't counting, but it must have been 2-3 minutes. Then the blast wave came. Endorphins kicked in. The intolerable heat went down a notch. It was still searing, but I was now observing myself suffering, like some kind of Zen meditation moment. (I swear I am not exaggerating. It was really strange.)If you're a bored chili-head, try it! You'll like it.

It definetely works..
Well, it does its job. I have survived the initial onslaught. Last night I, in my infinite wisdom, decided to have some 'ground zero' sauce on my boneless 'hot' wings. My troubled mind told me, 'you can handle this' as I doused just one wing of my dozen or so in about a full tablespoons worth of this liquid from the pools of hell. My wife watched me do this, and of course called me stupid, while I devoured the whole wing in one bite. She paused her tv show as I began writhing in pain, as tears flowed freely from my eyes as they haven't done in years. She even laughed and commented 'you're gonna throw up, aren't you' as I charged to grab myself as much water as I could. Of course the water only steps back the pain for about a second, so after waay too much water, I begin to wonder if her comment was jest, or prophecy. After about 10 minutes of this agony, the initial suffering had subsided, and I was victorious. Vomit free. Little did I know, this was only the first trial. 30 minutes later a wholly new sensation begins. Pain and heat, this time from my stomach. This is new to me. I didn't think the stomach could feel heat from its contents. This fresh hell brings back memories of the wife's comment of earlier in the struggle. I go forth and greet my procelain throne, and bow down in front of him several times, but alas the contents of my package remained inside their container. This brings me some happiness, as I don't have to admit 'you were right, honey' on this particular occasion. I decided to roll with the pain and dismissed myself to bed after that. As I zoned in and out of what was only resting, not sleeping, I rose after far too few hours to 'use the facilities.' This is when a new sensation smacks me in the face yet again. My classic number, number 1, had brought along a friend. Burning. I have never had an STD, and being aware of the current circumstances I knew this was not that. This was a third wave of trouble from my 'brave' undertaking of last night. I completed my process, laid back down in bed and wondered if this is what promiscuous people went through. The sensation was still of a 'hot' nature in my man zone. I fell asleep, and here I am now. I awoke to the knowledge that this would happen. I sit on my porcelain chair now, and write this review as a warning to those who don't need this agony. For the fourth wave has begun, and I fear it shall be a long and difficult day ahead. At least it is NYE. I will hopefully be able to leave this nonsense here in 2017....

Hot sauce
Bought for my son but don't know if he has tried it yet. Good price, received way before date expected.

HOLY &$@!
I thought the regular flavor used on Hot Ones was fire, but this Ground Zero beast is a blazing inferno! First time I tried it I was gasping for air. Just incredible how much heat they a manage to pack in a single drop. I didn't buy it for the taste, so much as the novelty. Watching other people try it is very entertaining. A bit expensive, but worth it since it'll take many months to actually consume all of it.

It's Like Licking Someone's Feet After They Walk Through Burning Embers
We used this hot sauce as part of a hot sauce challenge (much like the one on Hot Ones) for my Brother in law's Birthday party. Almost everyone tried it on chicken wings. I think this was the last one we did in the challenge because it was the hottest on the scoville scale. I didn't like the taste at all. I heard they made an updated version with more taste but that one was going to take too long to get here so we're stuck with the original. I recall saying that it tastes like "licking someone's feet after they walk through burning coals or embers". It's hot. Most of us cried uncontrollably. Honestly, not having a great taste didn't matter much to us because we didn't buy it to add to every meal, you know? It was used for the purpose that we wanted it for. Both my kids participated and both "liked it". I couldn't tell if they were just saying that to look cool though. My oldest actually went back and had 7 or 8 more wings with this stuff on them!As ll in all, very happy because it served it's purpose for us. If you're buying it for daily use, maybe get something with less heat and more flavor. If you want it for a Hot Ones esque challenge, it's pretty good.
