I have found these to be ideal protection for nighttime, lasting me 6 hours. I decided to try them after id form decided to replace 2 of their lines which I had been using with a humugous pad which was too bulky and uncomfortable. After that time I need to get up anyway, regardless of the actual time, therefore I use 2 a night which cost wise is acceptable. Would give 5 stars but wastefully packed in large cardboard box and lots of paper stuffing the gaps. Is that really necessary for a packet of soft pads? A close fitting bag would more than do the job. Edit: I have since cancelled my s & s on these as they are very slow to ship. You can forget ordering for a couple or 3 days hence. The quickest they manage is a week, no good if you’re nearly out.

Yes, these pads are huge, but for that I am thankful. When I have fecal incontinence issues, it is usually during the night in bed. I never know which way the explosion will go so the size has been perfect. I have had some massive blow outs but it was all contained. Yes, that makes them a little challenging to get off but a little practice is all it takes. Once you find the right position for your body and wear a good pair of underwear, they really aren’t that uncomfortable. It sure beats worrying that I will mess up the bed and the floor all the way to the shower. If you truly have issues, these are what you need.

These were a lifesaver for my mom when she broke her leg. These were the largest pads we'd ever seen. She had some of this exact brand and size from the hospital and we were so glad to find more here on Amazon. We got size 7.

These guards were purchased after having colon cancer and losing some bowel control. This is the only guard that offers enough protection to feel comfortable going out in public or places where a bathroom may not be readily available. If you have any kind of control issues you know that bladder control guards don't work for this issue. Abena San offers protections and peace of mind.

It is hard to find products for fecal incontinence. I thought these would be great. The size is huge; I didn't need something for an elephant! It would be very difficult to get on and off. I sent it back. I suppose if you had a lot of patience putting them on and taking them off, they would probably be fine.

I use these daily. The big size works just fine. I wear my underwear then compression shorts over them. No issues with the size now. No slippages, or accidents that weren’t caught in the pad. I highly recommend these for people who have bad incompetence issues.
