Nunn Bush Men's Colton Oxford

Original Review: I bought Nunn Bush Colton as well as Rockport Eureka Walking shoes just couple of weeks apart. I am using them on alternate day. Nunn Bush are very light compared to Rockport Eureka and I was wondering why. After using them just over a month, I have realized that its so called rubber sole is very poor quality. As said, I am using them alternate day and portion of sole has already sapped. In comparison Rockport Eureka is holding up pretty well.Updated Review after almost 2 years: After a few weeks, I started using Nunn Bush shoes everyday and almost for everything, rain or shine! They are so light and comfortable that I love them. Even after almost 2 years, its sole is intact and I think it is very durable!!

If I give a pair of shoes five stars, then you can bet they're worth it. These are so comfortable that I am buying another pair, just for later on. As for longevity I don't know yet, but I've been wearing these for two days and my feet aren't killing me like they did with other Nunn Bush versions. They're super lightweight and fit well, but regardless of what others have said, I'm thinking based on what I need them for they will last a lot longer than theirs did for their particular needs and usage. We will see, however. If they don't, I'll be coming back with photos. My previous pair of Nunn Bush actually have holes through the soles, and that's just working at offices.

My foot measures exactly 12W by shoe tool. This shoe is good at width but there is less than the desired 1/2-3/4" toe free space, but it is exactly what I expected. A 12-1/2 would be ideal for me but they don't exist, and my usual 13W is noticeably loose but adaptable. The thing I like best is how light they are. The soles may not last as long (7-12 months) as some others but the lighter weight is a fair trade off.

I've just ordered my fourth or fifth pair. I wear one out in about a year's time. I keep coming back to these because I'd spent years trying to find shoes that were comfortable, but not too expensive, and presentable in my line of work. I can put on a brand-new pair of these and not have to go through any serious break-in pains. However, as someone else noted, the tongue seems a bit shorter than it used to be, and this can be a problem for me as I wear a half-inch lift inside the right shoe, which makes the tongue recede a bit and the laces bunch against the top of the tongue. Still, I can manage this problem if I'm careful. It's the only reason I didn't give a full five stars.

As a construction manager, I love these shoes, however they wear too quickly. They are better than the Nunn Bush Cameron. If these do also, I won't buy them again, 2 months is too fast even on a construction site.

Shoes were perfect in what they appeared to look like, only problem was they ran too small. I think each pair of shoes can be off even the slightest amount as I've owned Nunn Bush shoes in the past and they fit perfect. These too look great, however and are an extremely comfortable pair of shoes!

Very comfy shoes, but apparently not very long-lasting. I've been wearing these less than 3 weeks and already they're starting to come apart. I should have known something was wrong when I noticed how light-as-air they were. I like light, but I don't need this light. I'd trade some lightness for some sturdiness.

I just bought slip ons but weren't nunn bush. Nunn Bush is a great shoe. I just don't remember buying for several years.
