Very durable and dependable. great battery life and range . The screen is weird and chunky but this unit hasn't let us down and its been over a year. it built like a tank and just works, highly recommend. Right out of the box, this gadget is ready to roll. No fiddly bits, no lengthy setups. It's plug-and-play, quite literally, which is exactly what you want when there's a tiny human to tend to. The monitor, sleek as a seal and just as smart, provides a crystal-clear view of your bundle of joy. It pans and tilts with a smoothness that's almost cinematic, though it won't do the full 360-degree spy-movie sweep – a bit of a miss if you're aiming to see every corner of the nursery. For the tech-savvy folks, the app is a cinch – zap the QR code, and you're in control from the palm of your hand. It's got bells and whistles too – lullabies, temperature readings – it's like having a nanny at the press of a button. Mounting it on the wall is as easy as pie, and it sticks like a barnacle. But the cord's a smidge short for my liking. You might want to get creative with your placement or scout for an extension. Nighttime is where this monitor shines – the night vision is clear enough to spot a diaper change at twenty paces. And if your little one peeps, the LED lights dance like a soundboard, giving you a visual heads-up if you're tiptoeing around with the volume down. I don't think it's worth the cost. Don't get me wrong, it's not awful. But it's not the best ever product. I'd give it 3 stars, maybe 3.5 stars. I can't move the camera angel from the app. The handheld device went down to two bars after 4 hours. I do love the temperature gage. I wish the buttons on the handheld devise lit up, that would make it much easier to use. Overall not a bad product, just an average one.

We bought this camera two years ago. It has a huge amount of flaws. The monitor quality is terrible and difficult to use. The app is buggy, doesn't load, constantly crashes, doesn't save, and again, image quality is horrible. If you had asked me six months ago what I thought about it: I still would've told you it was worth every penny. In fact, we have a second kiddo on the way, so we were even considering getting another. Flash forward to today: Motorola dropped a REQUIRED subscription on the device. You can't see past recordings without paying money. You can't do ANYTHING without paying money other than watch the live stream. Every video recording we had is now locked behind a pay wall. The device has become a complete, useless BRICK. Screw Motorola, and DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT. You've been warned

Purchased this for my newborn. The connection is loud and clear!! Works wonderfully!!

The baby monitor was easy to set up and the monitor has a great picture quality. My only issue with the monitor there was a constant noise coming out of the speaker. The monitor has many features in addition to seeing the view of the camera in the other room and hearing the sound such as the ability to play calming sounds and music or read books, the catalog has many options to choose from. Also, the camera needs to be close to the baby to hear the sound. Also, the monitor can move the camera pretty effectively in all four directors. The mobile app was easy to install and also works like the provided monitor and I felt that viewing the camera from the phone had better picture quality. Overall, I think this product is an efficient and effective product for monitoring newborns and keeping them calm

This is my second Motorola baby monitor that I have owned. I had an older generation Motorola 10 years ago for my first child. I will say that this is pretty much exactly the same, with a slightly more modern look. Plus now you have the capability to use your phone also with the monitor. I selected a Motorola again because, I absolutely loved my original monitor. This monitor has definitely not let me down. It has all the features that you would expect from a standard video baby monitor. It comes with a controller that you can use much like a video game controller. The controller allows you to tilt the camera to the angle, and direction you need to view the baby. It also comes with a two-way radio capacity. I love this because, when my baby is trying to get out of her crib, I simply tell her to lay down and go to bed through the two-way radio. The monitor also has the capacity to play pre-programmed nursery rhymes. This honestly is not a feature that I commonly use, but my older children love to play with it 🤣. The video quality is also excellent. You have a nice crisp picture whether it is daytime, or night time. Overall, this is a fantastic baby monitor. I have been using Motorola monitors for my children for 10 years, and the quality never lets me down. It's good to see that after all of these years Motorola is still putting out a great baby monitor. Trust me you're going to love this one!

This product is ok, it’s durable that’s for sure I’ve drop the screen several times and it’s fine. My son has yanked on the camera and it’s fine. I hate the fact that it loses connection everynight for a few moments that makes we weary about using it anymore. Sometimes you can’t tell what he is doing with the night vision. The screen always stays on if you like a nightlight than sure but I dont. The screen is on at all times.

I tried to give this a shot, but it definitely was not worth it. The picture quality is just OK. The app is very inconsistent. It what’s a light that won’t come off and blinks all night. After having the product for only three months the monitor just died. No matter what I do it won’t turn on.

I bought this monitor because it showed it has wifi functionality and I can connect it to my mobile phone. After several tries we have contacted the support center and they replied that the model I got is non wifi model.
