Perfect size and weight for our strength training at home.

I love these! I wear them every morning while I’m getting ready as well as when I’m working out and I can feel the little extra burn in my arms. These are for the price they’re very sturdy and comfortable. The Velcro is easy to come on and off when needed, but stays on while you’re working out. I highly recommend these especially the color is so pretty! It makes working out a little bit more fun

These are exactly what I was looking for! Easy to put on and comfortable.. just be sure to turn it so the velcro end is away from you or you might get scratched. I'm a 5'10" woman with 8" ankles and 6 1/2 inch wrists... Any smaller and you might have difficulty tightening these enough. I've only had these for a couple months and only wear for a few minutes a couple times a week during specific exercises.. so far holding up good, no leaks or rips. I am careful with undoing the velcro strap as I figure that's what causes the most pull/tension that could lead to rips and leaks. Over all a good product and yes I would buy again!

I use these to continue my PT at home after a knee injury. They are easy to apply. The work well and do not take up a lot a room in storage. I also like the sand (?) filing. I is flexible so it bends around my ankle well. The only caution I offer is that these fit a larger ankle. I am a 6'1" athletic woman. If I were shorter, they might not work. Kook for the size, before you purchase.

Well made easy to use

These are not great ankle weights. They are made for your wrists. They fit small and unbalanced on the ankle. Im disabled. Outcome might be different for a normal person. Just be cautious.

I bought these weights for the sole purpose of strengthening my legs and thighs but am happily amazed how wearing them all day even while working and running errands for hours today has afforded me a relatively pain free day! I have hip bursitis and suffer from SI Joint problem for over 5yrs. I couldn't find anything or anyone on the internet with my results. These weights have kept me all day from limping or dragging my bad leg and also difficulty walking as before. I'm now going to buy wrist weights to protect my arms and shoulders. These weights are 1 1/2 lbs I'll buy 1 lbs or less for my wrists. I finally feel wonderful, healthy and young again and I'm 69.
