In this case, the back of the package says the serving size is 1 tsp (that is not a reasonable serving size). A reasonable serving size would be 1 TBS so the calorie count would be 12 X 3 (one tsp is 12 calories and 3 tsp = 1 TBS). There is no added sugar in this,
