Probably as it is an oil, but i have not tried setting it alight. For shipping overseas, id ask the seller directly.

Is this just 1 bottle of oil?

Yes but it goes a long way especially in a diffuser. It is much larger than the usual essential oil jars that come in variety packs.

Can you use this as a cologne, and if so, how? Mix with water in spray bottle?

I think you could dilute it as a spray -on diffusion , also can be used with air diffuser for home aroma therapy or drops applied to porous beads worn on the wrist.

How do we know this is a legitimate Young Living product?

The label is pictured showing that it is distributed by Young Living. If you are uncomfortable, then I suggest checking the sellers return policy or order directly from a Young Living rep. I order from Amazon all of the time and have always been satisfied with the legitimacy of the products including Young Living Essential oils.
