I am the 5 ft 140lb woman: I should have ordered a size MEDIUM. I ordered a small as I hadn't gotten an answer to my inquiry yet.) It is snug, limited flexibility while wearing and and isn't possible to comfortably wear a long sleeve shirt underneath. Otherwise, pleased with purchase.

Too much polyester. Not soft. I ordered the SMALL, female, 34x28x35, 5’6” This is the right size for wearing over leggings and a t-shirt. Possibly enough room for jeans and a sweatshirt. *The length was 2” below the ankle.
