Does this hat look as stupid in real life as it does in the pics?

When the dermatologist/ plastic surgeon pulls out the scalpel, the hat starts looking a lot better!

Description showed whaterproof while the picture showed water resistant, which one is correct?

I think maybe both it’s a water resistant waterproof but it’s got vents in it to breathe so air can get in there so it’s not really waterproof with the wind blowing in this rain and water is going to get in around your head but yeah it works wonders for someone with skin cancer on the top of their head and shoulders and face!!!!!! Sometimes you got to give a little to get a little that is work for me very well.

Need bigger sizes 7 1/2 to 8
