I’ve been in the market for oversized natural fiber scarves that I can take with me when I travel.This week I bought 2 scarves from dana xu, one wool, one silk.I took a few threads from each and burned both. For comparison, I also burned fibers from super cheap “wool” and “silk” scarves i already had.The threads from the Dana Xu scarves behaved like natural fibers- they turned to ash and smelled like burnt hair. The threads from the cheap scarves melted into little balls of plastic and smelled like, well, melting plastic.Best as I can tell, these are the real thing, and these Dana Xu scarves seem well priced for the size of the scarf.Thanks!

I fell in love the first time I saw this scarf's colors; red, white, black, and there's blue too. I am a U.S. Army Veteran and I have several collections of red, white, and blue. I even gave a speech about it and got lots of compliments. At first, Amazon has indicated that this scarf was back ordered, and I was a little apprehensive that I might not get it before the fourth of July. But it showed up on my front door about four days later. I was really amazed and grateful. Thank you, Dana Xu and Amazon; I would be so proud to wear this scarf wherever I go. I like Dana Xu's scarves. I have read in someone's comments that it might not be advisable to wear in summer; but I do. It warms my neck and I wear it as a covering also on my protective mask in this world that we live in these days. I wrap around my neck and I use the center to cover my face mask and let both sides just hang in the front. It looks fashionable. I have received compliments and some people told me I am a trend-setter. Well, thank you. Dana Xu is without a doubt, the best pashmina for me. It is large, high quality, comes in a beautiful wrap, and elegant. Dana Xu fulfills my Golden motto; treat others the way you want to be treated. Well, I feel respected the way Dana Xu (Company?) expresses itself whenever I receive my pashmina because the way it is wrapped and for being true with its product description. There is no deception. I now own many Dana XU pashminas and looking forward to seeing more collections of it. Thank you, Dana XU, for the beautiful scarves!! I love them all!! I highly recommend to my family, friends, and others!! These would make grand gifts!!

Stylish, warm and lightweight; very good price

I received this item today, but was very disappointed opening the package. The tag said 70% wool and 30% rayon, which is not what is advertised. It's supposed to be 100% wool. I have others from this company Dana Xu, and they are all lovely, thick, warm and beautiful. This colors are much darker. It is a very dark navy with dark orange and all the colors are darker than what it shows online. I am very disappointed in the quality of this thin and not so soft fabric. Seems like they replaced the original One with something inferior. I have contacted the seller. We'll see what they say.EDITED: I contacted the seller and explained the problems. They responded the same day and told me that the one particular scarf I ordered was a different weave, and was still all wool, and the photo online colors were brighter due to sunlight when photo was taken. They did a price adjustment for my troubles which made me happy:) The scarf is still a great pattern and colors, just not what it showed online, and due to the different weave, it doesn't feel as warm or soft as the others from this seller. Apparently, this was the only scarf with these differences.

Love this shawl. Colors are beautiful. It's oversized and you can wear it many different ways and it's lightweight. Niceand soft.

It looks exactly as pictured. It's also thick enough to be used as a light layer to keep warm (but it's not heavy by any means).
