Is the vibration similar to the Footsie Wootsie vibrating machines at county fairs and amusement parks?

I am not aware of the Footsie Wootsie vibrating machine.  This machine has a strong vibration and has helped my feet with the vibration and heat.  I highly recommend this machine.  It certainly helps if you are on your feet all day.

Foot Vibe Massager: Is the massage only levels of vibration or are there also reflexology-type parts that knead into the feet

If you sit at the machine without moving your feet, it only vibrates and /or heats. While you move your feet over the raised knobs you can practice reflexology. Your feet and hands can benefit from the choice of vibrations and intensities of infra red heat. If you can't move your extremities nor think of how to be creative with your movements, you need to buy a book about reflexology and it's use. Much better than a pricey treatment at the spa but you must be flexible with your useage of the massager! Try moving your feet and hands to imitate kneading! Experiment with the different levels of massage. Don't merely "ride" it! It has many virtues not explained in the manual. It can be a best friend>

Thank you for your question regarding the Daiwa Felicity Footvibe Pro. I hope you're asking as the passenger because you definitely could not use the foot vibration massager while driving a car.

The foot massager for blood circulation needs to be plugged into a standard 120 volt plug. I believe there are converters that will give you the 120 volt plug but I do not know enough about them to recommend one.

If you do find a way to use it in the car, as the passenger, please take pictures and let us know how it goes!!
