Great value in grit
This grit does very well in the stage 1 tumbling process. The things i like most is the grit is very durable. Usually there's still close to half of it still intact and working after 1 week. I often let it roll 2 weeks since stage 1 takes so long anyway.

Great grit powder, great price!
I needed more Step 1 Grit for my Rock Tumbler. After searching many products, I ultimately decided on buying this brand and also the brand I believe is called Polly Plastics. They both work well I would say in my opinion. I love the size of this product, as well as quality, for the price! It was exactly what I needed and in a convenient container. The container even has a handle and closeable spout. It all is perfect.

Good value for the money
I like the grit and the packaging. Although it seems like a nice idea to have a spout, there is no way to measure the grit into your barrel, so it does need to be poured into a container, which I normally do anyway with other brands that I have purchased, so no big deal. The spout does make it easier though. Will buy again in the future.

Awesome grit - reduces tumble time
This stage 1 is great! Be careful to check your tumbles as my tumble time went down from 2-3 weeks to 1-2 weeks. Overall good price and good quality from what I can tell.

Works well!
It’s coarse grit. It’s dirty, messy, and turns my rocks into suspicious-looking sludge. Exactly what it’s supposed to do. Works well for the first stage of tumbling and gives my rocks a good start on their long, expensive journey to becoming slightly shinier rocks.

Has been working for me
I've been using this for a few years now although I don't have anything to compare it to all I can say is that I have had success with it. I see the price has gone up. With all the price increases I promised myself that if a price goes up on a product I've been using I will look for a different product/seller. So far every time that's happened I ended up liking the new product better so I guess I'll shop around.
