The issue is keeping the pack on securely enough to be safe. **Q: Is it one wrap? For both legs are they the same or left/right? Do you need to buy two?** A: It is one wrap which fits either left or right. I bought two so I could ice both feet at the same time. **Q: Does this cover the top of the ankle where the foot bends 90 degrees?** A: Yes **Q: How long does this stay cold for?** A: Not long enough. It’s a great design, but the gel doesn’t freeze very fast, at all. It thaws quickly. Then another 2 hours to freeze.
