Best Compression Socks — Firm Support Without the Squeeze
I’ve been using Crucial Compression Socks for years, and they’ve become my go-to. They give just the right amount of support — firm enough to ease swelling but not so tight that they feel restrictive. On days I wear these, I notice little to no swelling at all. They’re comfortable enough to wear anywhere — at the gym, walking, or even while sleeping. The material is soft, breathable, and keeps its shape after many washes. I’ve tried several brands, but nothing compares to these in comfort or durability. The color options are great too — from fun feminine shades like pink to classic darker tones. The sizing runs true, but if you go slightly larger, they fit calves perfectly (even for bodybuilders). Excellent quality, great price, and dependable performance every time. Highly recommend these for anyone who needs real compression without discomfort. Would you like me to make it sound a little more casual and conversational, like something that fits right in with Amazon reviews?

Total Game Changer...you WONT be dissapointed!
I have suffered from severe swelling around one of my ankles since undergoing a limb salvage surgery in 2019. I also have severe chemical induced neuropothy in both feet which I take 900- 1200mg of medication for daily. I bought the Crucial Graduated compression socks hoping to limit the amount of fluid building up so I could enjoy doing things with my kids without having to "put the leg up". I didnt have any high expectations, especially since the hospital ones didnt work. Well, I am FREAKING AMAZED!! I put these on the morning after I got them. They are comfortable, easy to put on just snug enough in all the right places, and felt soooo good. I wore them ALL day. My feet and affected leg felt so good all day that I forgot to take my neuropothy meds! I ended up only taking 400mg all day!! I didnt have to stop at all all day! At the end of the day, when I took them off my ankle and leg were NOT SWOLLEN at ALL!!!. I was dumbfounded. I put on a another pair the next day and same results and only 1/3 of my normal med for neuropothy. I WILL be ordering more. I had bought 4 pair but decided to send a pair to my mom who has RLS and a pair to my dad who is on his feet all day to see if they like them. These socks are truly a game changer for me. I have active kids and these socks are what I needed to " stay in the game". I will be telling my oncologist and orthopedic doctor about these so they can recommend these to other patients to help with neuropothy pain and swelling from surgery. You wont be disappointed buying these socks. I wear a size 8.5-9 womens and bought 1 sm/ md and 3 lg/xlg. I prefer the lg/xl sized.

Right fit matters
These sock are really pretty good. PROS: They are thinner than some compression socks, making them easier to wear with dress shoes. Fit is good up thru the top of my calves. Compression down thru the front of my feet is good. Mine are a little tight to get on (L/XL), but getting the exact right size is never easy with ANY socks. I tried the XXL size but they were loose on me and went up well past my knee, so I went with L/XL and they work well and keep my ankles and calves from swelling, even while on long drives and sitting for ++ hours. They seem so far like they will hold up well. CONS: None really Like all compression socks, it's important to hand wash and air dry on a hanger or towel bar. Never put into the dryer!

look great, feel great, some of my favorites
I am 5'9", wear a size 10 women's shoe, weigh 140 lbs, and size 6 or 8 pants, have proportionate width calves for someone my height. I ordered a Large or XL in all the highly rated and/or socks that had colors I liked (Physix Gear, Odd Duck, TMF (Treat My Feet), Doc Miller, Sigvaris, Swell Relief, Newzill, Iseasoo, Crucial Compression, SB Sox, Go2Socks, Rymora. So I got a really good compare and contrast of the fit, look, material, length, differences in compression etc. Some felt more like socks without much compression, some compressed my feet too much and cut off the circulation. Some were too short and didn't quite reach up to my knees and caused an unsightly bulge out over the top, some were soft yet substantial and invigorating, some were thin and had too much of a binding at the top or bottom band. My top three of the closed toe full socks would probably be the Crucial, SB Socks, and Rymora. The SB and Rymora edge out over the Crucial b/c they don't compress my feet much so I can sit around in them and not have my feet go to sleep. Whereas the Crucial have a bit of compression around the arch and foot and I have to wear them only when I'm going to go out and walk or run around - if I just sit I don't have enough blood flow and the slight compression in the feet would start making my feet tingle and go to sleep. But aside from that, they look great, are the right length (long enough to come up to top of my calf and a little up my knee if I want, and the color and pattern is really eye catching.

Definitely Crucial Compression
I am a downhill skier and have had problems with ski socks irritating my ankles for different reasons. My wife has needed compression stockings due to past cancer problems so I had considered trying them myself. Recently I have had to see a dermatologist for a different reason and mentioned my ankle problem. She said I should wear compression stockings so I settled on these. Yes. They are a bit of a struggle to get on but not near as bad as my experience with helping my wife put hers on. As others have noted they make your skin feel cool and the compression feels graduated up to my knees. I am 5’ 7” tall with a work shoe size of 9.5 EE. I am 16" from the floor to the back of my knee and these could be one inch shorter but they fit well if i don’t stretch them as I pull them up to the back of my knee. Wearing them with my ski boots feels way better than my other sport socks and the skin irritation is far less. Bottom line: I ordered two more pair with the 20% coupon they sent with the first pair and definitely see less irritation after skiing all day.

Amazing Customer Service
I'm an RN, and good compression socks are a big deal. With so many options on the market, it has been tough to find an affordable pair with enough compression that isn't too think (and hot), and is available in boring adult colors. My need for neon patterned socks is long past. My sock arrived, but were much too long. The foot was long, and the leg was too long. And as a result of being larger than me, the compression wasn't adequate. I reached out to the company via their website and I had a response from a real human in a very short time asking for my mailing address to send me a smaller size. The smaller pair arrived just a few days later and fit perfectly. This is how to do business! I shared the original pair with a friend who is a larger size than I am, and promptly ordered 5 more pair. Great compression, lightweight and non-bulky, perfect length, and AMAZING customer service! This is the type of business we will go out of our way to support. Great product, great service.

Great compression for leg, poorly formed toe on some socks can cause pain
The Good: These socks provide good compression for my legs. Very effective even when spending many hours standing. The Bad: I have purchased many pairs of Crucial compression socks and on several pairs the toe of the sock is poorly formed and too tight to the point of being somewhat painful. I find that prior to putting on the sock if I firmly grab the toe with both hands and very forcefully stretch the toe it improves the comfort over the toes. The socks do support my legs and I will continue to use the socks in spite of the issues with the poorly formed toe on several pairs of the socks.

Long international flights
I mainly use these for long international flights, especially when flying 10+ hours. I tend to swell when I travel, and these definitely helped keep my legs feeling better during and after the flight. They’re comfortable, not too tight, and stayed in place the whole time. I wouldn’t wear them daily, but for long travel days they’ve been really useful. Glad I had them for extended flights.

Absolutely Dreadful -- Don't Bother
Ordered XL for my size 10 feet but impossible to put on beyond toes ... a complete joke! Also wildly expensive for what they are. Returning in disgust.

They give good support, but don't take several minutes to get on!
I'm a nurse, so spend hours on my feet. These compression socks fit well, survive many washings and give good support
