Clear face, easy to read. Good chain length. Don't need the talking bit but kids find it a novelty!

I got this to replace the one my mom had that stopped talking. She has macular and can't see very well. This keeps her independent in know what time it is. She likes the gold color (old one was silver) she like how it is small and more dainty where her old one reminded her of a man's pocket watch and was a little heavier. Her only complaint is the voice speaks fast. Her old one spoke slower and pronounced better. But over all she loves it.

It speaks with a heavy chinese accent which you only find out after you have opened package and set it. Some words unfathomable.

Defective

The automated voice is terrible, hard to understand and tells you the time in a very backwards confusing way. My mother has to play it over and over and over trying to understand it. I'm tossing it it is So annoying!
