## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Soundbar
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 16 May 2025*

Great product, good quality sound, easy to set up.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Broke after 3 hours- good customer service
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 6 January 2024*

Unfortunately took longer to set up and get working than it actually worked for 😭😭😭 but following that, it was replaced by very helpful customer service team, and now working well. Had difficulty connecting, instructions aren't great in the booklet but online got it sorted.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Remote stopped working after 8 months.
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 24 October 2023*

The sound bar is great, but the remote is now dead. Not good, considering it is only 8 months old. I would like a replacement, with the guarantee that the next remote would at least last somewhat longer. AT first I thought it might be the batteries, but no. New batteries, still didn't work. I now have the inconvenience of having to use the buttons on top of the sound bar, and no longer have access to any of the additional features, that can only be accessed using the remote.Update: I was contacted by the seller, and a new, working remote, was dispatched free of charge. Excellent customer service. Would recommend.
