I handled that if anything was wrong, they would stand by their free returns. Thankfully, nothing was wrong. The table came in 3 packages far earlier than expected. The pieces were securely packed. I was ready for a few nicks and scratches, but there were none. Instructions were clear. Just be careful to put the pegs in the right hole (I was). One screw thingy would not go in, but the table is solid without it, so I'm not going to worry about it. I assembled it mostly by myself, with just a few instances where I needed my kids to help hold our steady. They also helped me carry it (it's heavy). The quality is amazing. It's easy to expand and contract (fold). At the smallest size, it could fit in a hallway to hold knickknacks. At the largest size..let's just say this is much larger than the dining room table I have right now. This table will replace my kitchen table. We will insert sections as needed for parties. It's great that there are storage slots for those sections, but they do block off one side of the table unless all are used, so keep that in mind. This is the most versatile and functional table I've ever owned.
