I enjoyed this product.

I’ll be honest, the taste is not great, but I expected that going in. It is something I just deal with by having something on hand to take the taste away afterward. I had trouble with the capsules, which is why I switched to the liquid, and this works much better for me in that regard. The product itself seems to be exactly what it claims to be, and it arrived in good condition with no issues. If you can get past the taste, it is a good option, especially if capsules are not for you.

Been looking for a way to get some omega 3 in my daughter's diet. Tried this and results have been mixed. It's not fish based, so that's a plus since there was no way I was getting anything fishy into her food. However, it definitely has a unique flavor. Not a bad one but one you do have to work with. I've found that it's best when mixed with a bit of olive oil or in a creamy sauce. Basically, anything that masks the flavor a slight bit. That said, it's not that hard to work with and the flavor isn't that strong, so we're going to keep using it.

I have with the product no regrets.

It gets the job done.

—- UPDATE —- I feel compelled to add a couple of stars. My opinion of the product hasn’t changed, but I realize it’s entirely a matter of personal taste. Other people seem to like it, and you might like it too. More to the point, the manufacturer reached out to me and offered a complete refund. So extra stars for excellent customer service. If I were to find another of their products that appeals to me I wouldn’t hesitate to try it. OMG this stuff tastes and smells horrible! I used to take fish oil capsules, but I didn’t like burping fish taste all day. I thought this would be a good alternative for getting the omegas. I started with the recommended 1 tablespoon in my morning smoothie. Yuck! I almost couldn’t finish it. Since then I’ve been putting in 1 teaspoon. The taste is still bad, but it’s drinkable. After I rinse the measuring spoon, the horrible smell continues to rise out of my sink/drain. Every time that I use it I consider throwing out the remainder of the bottle, but it was expensive, and I keep thinking that it’s good for me. I’ll probably finish the bottle, but I won’t buy it again.
