This RC Airplane was a great Christmas gift for my son! I recently got my hands on the F22 RC Airplane Fighter, and I have to say, it's an absolute blast to fly! From the moment I opened the box, I could tell this was a good quality product. The setup was incredibly easy, which is perfect for both beginners and more experienced RC flyers. I thought this would be an indoor toy, however by its size and turn radius, it is definitely an outdoor toy. Upon launching from hand, crashed couple times as it couldn't pick up wind and engine couldn't generate enough propulsion. You need some wind or need to be throwing high. It has a wide turn radius and controls are a little hard to get used to if it is your first time. It was my first. Use it away from trees, bushes, and anywhere it is hard to retrieve. we took it to a football field. Down size: 1. Rear wheel assembly keeps falling off. It is necessary to protect the propellers at landing. 2. Battery connectors will be an issue. It is really hard to separate the connectors to remove the battery. If it doesnt get tangled at some tree, battery connector failure will be first thing to get this toy down. It is fun otherwise. It is hard for a kid to steer it though.
