My travel companion, an experienced traveler, was impressed by my energy. I sometimes suffer from leg swelling, but experienced none during this trip, even without compression socks. However, one bottle is only enough for one trip, and you might need two depending on the distance. The pills were less effective on the return journey, taking 2-3 days for me to recover from jet lag at home. Overall, I highly recommend this product for international travel and will purchase it again.

I had reordered this product as I think it works well for jet lag. I had not opened the bottle until I was ready to take my 1st dose, and discovered it had already been opened! Unfortunately, this does not qualify for return or replacement so I’m out $47.

So I’m 6’3” and just flew from NY to Greece with a bunch of friends for euro trip. Spent a couple days in Greece, then Spain, then Italy. Usually I’m destroyed after international flights and exhausted for days, but being tall makes it 10x worse with no leg room in economy. Decided to try Flight Armour after looking up couple different options. Followed the directions, set a ton of alarms so I didn’t mess up (day before, during, day after) and honestly shocked at the difference. **What actually happened:** - My ankles didn’t blow up like balloons for once - Landed at 2pm Athens time and was out bopping around shopping and grabbing drinks by 5pm instead of passed out - Woke up next day feeling normal, not like a zombie (espresso also helped lol) I’ve seen other reviews stating the pills are huge and I’m not sure why. They’re a typical pill shape/size. The hardest part is just remembering to take them every 6 hours on flight (set alarms like I did!!!) Not saying it’s magic - still felt the time change a bit, but going from feeling 20% to feeling 80% is massive when you’re traveling on vacation and want to utilize every minute of the day. Already ordered another bottle for December for trip to Amsterdam. If you’re tall and hate jet lag as much as I do, just try it!
