Heartbreakingly beautiful!
Wow! Where do I even begin? This book broke my heart, but in the most achingly beautiful ways. This is one of those books that take up a very special place in your heart even though it broke and smashed your heart in a million pieces. There really are no words that can describe the rollercoaster emotions I felt when I stepped into the world of these two best friends and soulmates. Their adventure to collect a thousand heart-bursting kisses and their undying love for each other make you ache for that once-in-a-lifetime kind of love. They drew strength from each other and they burned blindingly bright. This book totally captured my heart because for me it represents all the beauty that comes with love. It makes you love life and find joy in the simplest of things. The ending was absolutely perfect and beautiful and I couldn't be more satisfied.Definite ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me and personally, I still feel like all the stars in the world are not enough for this book. I highly recommend you read this one and make sure you got some tissues in handy when you do.

My short review for this book?YA romance that is mature enough and not cringe. Light but heart wrecking at the same time. Great character development! Reminds you of your favorite manga? This book is something you need to pick up!

Loved it!!
I just finished this book and I can say that the dedication "For believers in true, epic, soul-shattering love. This one's for you." is so relatable. It did shattered my soul, and most of the time while reading I was tear filled, but in THE END, the end I literally left the book aside and cried, a lot. And then cried some more when I finally finished the book. I personally love reading books that makes me cry, and the kind of books that make me feel all the emotions, and this one was no different. And the author's writing, it's written so beautifully that, it made me fall in love all over again. The narration, both POVs, I loved it!!This book is about two childhood best friends Poppy & Rune, turned into lovers and are inseparable after they met at the age of 5. It started when Rune moved in next door to Poppy's from Oslo. They became best friends from the first day and never left each other's side after that.Poppy is so full of life, one in a million, who sees the world differently from others. She lives every single moment of life to the fullest. Rune is a great looking Norwegian guy. This book shows the real true love between them, even though they are just teenagers. At the age of 15, Rune had to move back to Oslo due to his father's work, and they both were devastated by this news. The story continues after 2 years when Rune comes back but he's changed.I won't be telling too much and spoil the story. But if you love reading books that make you cry your eyes out, and a story about real true love, then I would highly recommend this book. This book is all about living life to the fullest. Live hard and love harder!!!

Not what I expected!!!
The only thing that comes into my mind after reading this book is BRUH!!!!! Wasted opportunity. This book possessed the qualities to become one of the best romantic books I had ever read but the story arc went downhill after the story jumped few years. The starting was unbelievably good, introduction of characters was smooth and everything which was happening had reason. But as soon as Rune came back to Poppy, the story started having major loopholes which I won't discuss to avoid spoiling the book for other readers. I wonder why so many people love this book, it's totally overrated and the ending totally leaves the reader hanging. I wonder why the author decided to end the book without even explaining why the book ended that way. Utter disappointment, the ratings are 3.5 out of 5 just because of the Perfect beginning.

I don’t think I can describe how beautiful the book was. Every adjective I use will fall short of describing it
