The one time I had to talk to their customer service, they were absolutely amazing, too -- very kind, and managed to send out a replacement for us the same day (it arrived the next day, since we're physically pretty close to their location). This is a great piece of chewlery, and my tween loves that it comes in black while still having the same texture she loves.

We love Munchables! They're very durable -- obviously they don't last forever, but we get months of use out of each one, even for my heavy gnawer. It's easy to clean, too - just dish soap and a sponge, rinse, and you're good to go. The one time I had to talk to their customer service, they were absolutely amazing, too -- very kind, and managed to send out a replacement for us the same day (it arrived the next day, since we're physically pretty close to their location).
