The ball is hard and can be painful for some people. I recommend buying gloves with it to prevent pain and it will help you focus on reflexes only.

Quality is good but the strip is little bit irritating on fore head While punching the ball feels uncomfortable for the people who are wearing spectacles Upgrade the product with head cap for the people who are wearing spectacles For biginers( male ) please use lower abdominal guard because it may it your balls unexpectedly when you punch the ball slowly

Very good For training reflex
Really good for reflex training and it is a good past time however for the string it should be attached with a hook as tying the string takes longer time than clipping it straight onto a hook
