Conditioning Mist Detangling Spray, Protect From Heat, Soften and Detangle 12 Fl Oz

This product is literally the GOAT of my entire hair care routine. I absolutely love it. For me and my hair type (thick, frizz prone, kind of in between type 2B and 2C curl), this product allows me so much freedom with how I style my hair. I have a Dyson airwrap that I use with this product pretty regularly. It’s how I got the curls I have in the picture attached. This products sprays like a mist and doesn’t leave my hair feeling crunchy. I use it on both wet and dry hair depending on what stage in my weekly hair care routine that I am in. First wash of the week- I use it before drying on wet hair to help detangle and give heat protection from my Dyson dryer. I use it again after my hair is dry to help detangle (my hair is pretty long 20+ inches) and give heat protection from whatever styling tool I use next. I do also use it even when I let my hair air dry just for how easily it helps to detangle my hair. It helps refresh my hair without soaking it in between washes and give just the right amount of moisture to help me use my Dyson airwrap and actually achieve the curl I want without it just falling out. This products doesn’t have a very strong scent, in my opinion, but it does have a ‘product-y’ scent, like a leave in conditioner. It isn’t bad and doesn’t linger so I have no issues with the scent. Again, it doesn’t leave my hair feeling crunchy and doesn’t soak my hair like using water as a mist would. It actually leaves my hair feeling very soft. Now with repeated use, it will build up on a brush if you don’t clean your hair tools regularly. So I would definitely recommend cleaning your hair brushes/combs regularly if you plan to use this product daily. I clean mine once every week to two weeks. Depending on the amount of visible buildup. When traveling, this is the one product I absolutely can not go without.

This is the spray my hairdresser recommended and I really like it. It smells like sweet tarts. I think it detangles well. This was my replacement for the It’s a 10 I had been using and I like that it is more of a lightweight spray.

Moisturizing and works great for between wash days. I have curly hair so the slip is great for curls or tangly hair. Works better when you dampen or have wet hair. Good for normal and dry hair. Light scent

I love this stuff. I have natural curly and mostly gray hair and it can feel dry and course. When I apply this, my granddaughter told me how silky and soft my hair felt. I highly recommend it

I have very fine hair that gets very tangled when I wash it, even if I use regular conditioner in the shower. This spray is very effective and with it my hair detangles easily, I don’t have to use much at all. I’ve used it for several years and I’m so happy Amazon sells it! My hair is not left greasy looking, or heavy. It’s an amazing product. I recommend it for kids with long hair.

I love this. Made my dry hair less so and took out frizziness and tangles. Nice when a product works.

Like other customers, I opened this to put into a travel size bottle, and when I pulled out the pump, there was a sticky, rubbery white glob that came out and the spray is clogged up. The rest of the bottle was clear liquid. I’ve used this for years, and the consistency is usually a thin, milky liquid. Somehow, these ingredients separated in storage or just a bad batch.I just opened another one I had bought a couple of months ago and I see the same problem (and it is too late to return) . I am very disappointed since I have been using this product for many years and liked it. Did they change the formula or was there a bad batch ? Picture attached.

Lovely! My hair is fine but I have a lot of it - it’s a little wavy and tangles easily especially at the nape of my neck if not worn in a bun or braided. This stuff smells so lovely, does NOT feel like anything is sitting on my hair, doesn’t feel heavy or greasy at all (I’m super picky when it comes to feeling like something is coating my hair). You don’t need much at all, before your hair is like butter. I normally HATE brushing my hair when it’s wet and never have until recently since it actually doesn’t bug my scalp or hair follicles anymore to brush it wet. I have alopecia areata and sometimes my scalp is so sensitive but this is really nice so far! If I go through an entire bottle still feeling the same; I’ll know that I’ve found a new go-to leave in conditioner!

The smell of this is unreal. I love it more than the milkshake brand scent. It’s very strong if you like that. I do. It smells like the other ultramoist collection. It’s hard to describe but I think it’s like a fruity scent. Like passionfruit mango. It’s delicious. It works so well too. Highly conditioning but not heavy. I have very long medium thick hair I only wash once a week. This is great as a detangler but doesn’t make my hair greasy or weigh it down. My mom has fine hair and she likes it too. I will spray my ends during the week if it seems dry on the ends. It brushes through nicely. Highly recommend.

I tried this detangle spray because I read a lot of really good reviews on it and have been a fan of AG products for years. The first day, my hair was fine. Now I’m on day 3 and my hair feels not amazing. I don’t know how to describe it…it’s not moisturized or smooth. It feels almost straw-like. Or when you put way too much hairspray on. Detangling it is a nightmare after showering, no matter how much or how little I put. Will definitely not be using!
