As it is waterproof, can I use it in the rain?

Never exposed to rain, but the quality is very good, I am confident it will be ok in rain.

What happens if you forget the password?

First of all, place one side of the wheel in the direction of a strong light source (use your phone flashlight, sunlight, etc.). You can see that there is a gap under each wheel. Then, turn the gaps in all three cipher wheels in the same direction. Note the number of the current password round. Finally, add this group of numbers one by one, such as: the original number is 1.1.2, then add as 2.2.3, each time add a switch to try to open until it finally open

How to reset the code?

1.The initial password is 000 2.To change the password for the first time: After turning the password wheel to the initial password number (000), hold down the unlock button and do not release it. 3.Turn the password wheel to your New password number, and release the button. 4.Done

Is there a charging cable in the bag？ What can I do if forget the password?

Yes, I got the package when the cable was placed inside the compartment of the backpack. I don't need to buy extra. Use it to connect the power bank, then connect your phone with original USB cable to the USB port, you could charge your phone conveniently.
