**Q: bamboo gets moldy?**
A: I haven’t had any issues. I hand wash it after each use. Then I wipe it with a dry cloth and let it sit on my counter for several hours to air dry. I don’t immediately put the lid in a dark cabinet because I was afraid it would mold. Maybe you can try this method of cleaning the bamboo lid.

This is the most disappointing purchase. I have only had it one day. On using the cup tonight the bottom of the glass was simply cracked with a hole in the bottom. This was the first time being used. And was only rinsed before hand. Nothing could have caused it to crack that I have done. Please be very wary of this cup. It is not safe or fit for purpose.

I have bought this item a couple of weeks previously with no problems but this one came shop soiled, the rubber seal was damaged and stuck to the glass and there was excessive dirt under the rubber protection.
