I live in a very warm climate yet my ac is on could that be why my butter keeps falling out of bell?

Either the butter isn't in the bell nice and tight or, yes, the room is too warm. I have that same problem, too, so i change my water every day, and stick the bell in the fridge on the warmest days. It never takes long to get it back to room temp, though.

Is the color white or off white?

Hi its almost white it has little brown flecks in it so it's almost off white.

Has anyone compared this to a more expensive butter keeper such as a butter bell? just wondering if i’m sacrificing flavor by spending less.

The great thing about the Original Butter Bell crock brand is it will last forever! Much higher quality materials and durability. I've had mine for 20 years!!!

Need to follow instructions, easy and Amazing

It’s important to pack in the butter to remove all the air and change the water every week. It’s the freshest I’ve had my butter. Holds one whole 1/4 stick, or half cup of butter. Butter doesn’t go rancid unlike my old butter dish. Has a convenient fill line.
