Dim but long lasting light...
Think long lasting but very dim...The light will not show up much on a wall in faint light 10 feet away. However it has been on nonstop for days now. I decided after initial evaluation to 'torture test' these by letting my two year old play with it. It was thrown, dropped, and used as a hammer. The LEDs do not seem to align with the middle one and are slightly lower than the others. This leads to more splash but dimmer light. The squeeze causes some parts internal to wind up. It is quite easy with my 2 year old able to do it. Its moderately noisy but tolerable. With VERY little squeezing only now and then this lasts days but will only allow you to navigate hallways in total darkness or supplement moonlight but isn't much brighter.I worry that in my car as a backup flashlight that I would barely be able to see the tires.Maybe mine is broken as others seems to say nicer things.

Do not buy this product
The first flashlight worked for about two weeks and then died. I let the company know that and they were nice enough to ship another one. The second one has died after only three weeks. Do not buy this product. It is cheaply made and will only work for a short period of time.

Bought 3, one broke in a week but easy enough for a 3 yr old
I would have given these higher stars but the power button broken on one of them after a week. That said, I bought them for the emergency pack my preschools needed. They tested them and it was easy enough for a small 3 year old to pump the handle and turn the light on. They were decently bright and stayed on for a long time once they had been pumped a few times. Overall, good enough for the emergency kit. The kids also use them for flashlights when building forts.

Now This is A Flashlight
This easy squeeze flashlight is great! You squeeze the handle to engerize it, then turn it on. No batteries needed...ever! What a great idea. Some years ago, I purchased a flashlight that required shaking to engerize it and after a few minutes, the lumination was gone. This flashlight is perfect for the car or boat and requires very little storage space. I purchased two.

Broke in two weeks
After two weeks of owning this, it stopped working. No matter how long I tried to charge it up again, the bulbs would only flicker while using the hand charger. I am very disappointed and would like to send it back.
