This is absolutely perfect. It is very stable and a good size so you need have no fear of stepping too near an edge and tipping it over.As a comparison, I also bought (from another source) two fold up half steps for exiting through the bedroom sliding doors. They will stay in the storage chest for the most part and were purchased primarily with small grandchildren in mind. They do the job, but they have a noticeably smaller surface area and are not nearly as sturdy or well balanced.I would definitely recommend this particular item for that extra standing space, especially if there’s any risk of a wobble or any unsteadiness. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Maximum weight 21stone(135kg) *by D***C on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on November 27, 2017* I have found this item very handy, and it makes getting in and out of front door so much easier. If it wasn't for the steps i would not have been able to sit on my balcony last weekend to enjoy the sunshine.I did need to contact the seller when the courier website wasn't displaying my full address for the delivery.
