Pleasant-tasting gummy. Covered in sugar crystals. 20 calories, 4 g carbohydrates, 4 g of sugar per serve. Contains glucose syrup and sugar. Vegan friendly. I enjoy these as part of my daily vitamin supplement. I would buy them again but I will be looking for a sugar-free alternative.

This product is fantastic and taste amazing but its false advertising. It's not 600mg of magnesium. Its actually 70mg of magnesium. If you happy with the small dosage of magnesium then this product is great like I said above they taste great but if your hoping for a higher dosage best you look for another product that has the amount advertised.
