One of the best on the market!
Favorite multi-b vitamin complex on the market! I've been using this for years and it literally saved my life! If you haven't responded well to other complexes that have a lot of b vitamins in it, then this is for you! I know it's not necessarily marketed as a b vitamin complex, but it has such a great mix of b vitamins and does does exactly what to be a vitamin needs to do. The methyl part of the vitamin is the best that I've come across. Doesn't make your urine yellow, I will never go without this!

This product contains methylated b vitamins for those who have MTHR genetic mutations. I chose this brand for the quality. It has 3rd party testing which is important to me.

Great for MTHFR mutation
I grab these from Amazon when my doctor is out of stock, the price is almost the same at either place. So, I consider the price to be average. If you need this supplement for MTHFR or another reason these are great! I have been taking for 15 years, since I tested positive for this gene mutation, MTHFR ....its actually very common. Two different variations and both are helped with Methyl Care. Always consult your doctor before starting something like this to be sure it would benefit you.

MTHFR Support/Game Changer
I saw a functional Dr I when my digestive & skin health declined and my PCP could not determine a root cause. After multiple expensive but helpful tests my functional Dr. discovered I have the MTHFR mutation so I need methylated folate/B12. This supplement has increased my energy taken with breakfast. And Dr had me combine it with Alpha Lipoic Acid.
