what happened to the price of this?

the price is $37.95 plus $4.99 at Metagenics and other online sellers are similar - same product is now Methyl Care same ingredients - I did report to Amazon so that their people can look into this

Recommended 2 per day so yes ,start with one capsule would be fine... give 1 a try for like two weeks and see how you feel ... then 2 is best for optimum health
