An old favorite we always have on hand
this is an old favorite. We discovered it when we were in Manhattan Beach many years ago love it on fish, pork just about anything.

Tasty, unique seasoning/rub best used on beef - but a tad expensive and hard to get
I've enjoyed this product for years, but it's always been hard for me to find. My brother, who lives in San Luis Obispo, where this seasoning originated, used to buy it for me whenever we got together. I've also bought it at Whole Foods right at the meat department. Now, I can get it more conveniently through Amazon. On steaks and tri-tip, it's awesome - the best of any seasoning that I've ever used. However, it's not inexpensive for a smallish shaker of the stuff. I guess I think it must be worth it because I keep buying it.
