I love the thumb hole in the ribbed portion of the sleeve, if you need extra hand & wrist warmth in a pinch—not a substitute for gloves, in my opinion, but does help to retain body heat in the appendages, if it’s cold). My body runs warm, so it takes a lot for me to need to bundle up, but then again, I’m also from SoCal—we’re generally known to be wusses once temps start to drop, while Michiganders are still walking around in shirts & sandals. 😆 For me, this hoodie works in the 40s, if you layer, but I can wear just a tank top underneath in the 50s. The warmest that it’s bearable to wear is probably low-60s, if you’re not being active.I’ve seen some cropped hoodies that sit right at the waist line, which won’t flatter everyone unless they’re a certain body type, but in addition, the cold would still be able to get in, unless there’s a fitted ribbed bottom portion. THIS hoodie would be lovely on most bodies, as it sits either on the hip bone, or a little below it, depending on your height & torso length. This length is the sweet spot to avoid looking short. You won’t be weighed down with tons of fabric, as with the big, long baggy hoodie, so even though you’re dressed casually, you’ll still look & feel put together.SO many cute colors to choose from, and something for everyone, with respect to skin tone base! 😀 Highly recommend for anyone who likes cropped hoodies! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Love This Hoodie *by L***B on Reviewed in the United States on January 2, 2024* I was worried about how this hoodie would fit. I’m 5’10” midsize and saw a couple other reviews by people in my size range that claimed the fit was off; however, I trusted the recommendation from someone more petite than me and purchased anyway, based on them raving about the quality.Fit is fantastic! I ended up getting an XL. It is slightly cropped, and meant to be slightly boxy, but not in a way that makes it look weird. Most of my pants are mid or high rise, and it falls below the waistband, so the crop is minimal. The weight of this is perfect, not too hot, but heavy enough to keep me warm. The fabric is soft to the touch, but doesn’t seem so soft that it will pill. Zipper seems like good quality and glides easily. Sleeves are long! Not too long, but perfect for us tall girls which is great because it has the thumb holes in the cuffs and it hits at just the right spot. I love that the collar comes up high on the neck when zipped to keep heat in when it’s cold, but lays flat like a regular hoodie when unzipped.
