Free Soul Myo-Inositol Ultra Supplement for Women | 4000mg Myo-Inositol

As someone with PCOS and struggling to conceive, I did some research into myo-inositol and started taking this supplement. I fully believe that this alongside an ultra vit D supplement has been the most significant factor in aiding my weight loss journey and in getting pregnant, after trying for 12 months. I'm continuing to take it through pregnancy, resulting in a healthy pregnancy journey and we are now expecting our baby boy in 3 weeks.

I got this delivered on 29th jan 23, and so far I haven’t noticed a massive change, however I do have aches around my uterus like I’m going to come on. I have PCOS so I thought I’d give this a try! I’ve bought other brands with good reviews but they don’t quite have enough of the inositol as this does! So I’m hoping that it’s working! I feel a little less fuzzy headed, but it’s hard to tell as I’ve just started doing a few night shifts. But I’ve been able to keep awake where as normally 10pm hits and I’m like the walking dead. I’ll update if my period hits or how it’s going after another couple of weeks. I’m very irregular and haven’t been on since November. I’m also actively TTC and starting fertility. Which is on hold because they’ve just changed the weight goal post so they can’t do anything until I lose 3.5 more stone. Update: I’ve been taking this for 2.5 weeks, I can’t say I’ve had more energy etc as I’ve been poorly. But I did come on yesterday! First time since November. I got the ovulation mucus around 2nd feb and 2 weeks later I’m on! This could be anovulation but at the same time it all fits in together. I’ve got this on repeat order and I’m definitely getting another batch! Seems worth the money so far!

As a PCOS girly losing weight has been frustrating because although I eat well 90% of the time and get between 8-10k steps in each day I couldn't seem to get lower than 14st9lbs and stayed like this for 2 weeks! I had been taking Berberine but still couldn't seem to shift this weight. But I said I'm not going to give up. These were suggested over Tik Tok and I honestly thought they wouldn't do nothing but at this point what do I have to lose? They arrived last Monday and I took x2 at least half an hour before I break my fast at 11am and x2 half an hour before dinner. I took this consistently all last week and have dropped 3lbs! This stuff works. I take this alongside Berberine and Vitamin D. I have so much more energy now. I didn't have any afternoon naps last week (shocker). As for my period, I have always had a period but used to have them roughly the same day each month. However, over the past year it still comes every month but whenever it feels like it. So will see how these tablets regulate my cycle (fingers crossed) - 1 star because of the size of these. You can bite them in half but alot of the time I can feel it in the back of my throat. There's no taste so that's a plus! Also, my bowel movement has increased since taking this.

At first I was sceptical about buying these as I’ve tried other products and nothing has worked but I saw the reviews and thought I’d try them. Best thing ever! Within 3 days of taking these i started my period, I did get a bit bloated and had sore boobs which is something I’m not used to experiencing but I was really happy to get my period back! I’ve been taking them for 3 weeks and wanted to give it a decent period of time before reviewing but I’ve really noticed a change since taking them, I feel better during the day with more energy and suffer less with fatigue, I haven’t noticed much difference with facial hair but hoping with continued use it will reduce that too. I also find my cravings have reduced slightly. Will definitely be buying again!

I was skeptical but bought this product after reading the reviews. I am in my thirties and have had pcos for years. Intially when taking these I didn't notice any difference, but these things take time to kick in, so I continued. I noticed my mood was changing slowly, over the weeks I was starting to feel down (usually always a very positive person) and I was experiencing facial flushing several times a day. After several weeks, I was on the verge of depression and consulted with my doctor. I took these tablets with me. All my bloods were fine but I had never felt so low in my life. My doctor told me to stop taking these immediately. After now a week of not taking the tablets, I can say that I have had no facial flushing and also that I am back to feeling like my happy self. Everyone reacts differently to things, but for someone who is mentally strong, to feel so scarily low. I don't want anyone else to go through what I did.

Saw all the positive reviews and I was excited to finally find something for PCOS that seemed to work. 4 tablets a day was too much for me to tolerate and the tablets are humongous! I physically couldn't swallow them, I took 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening and that was a chore. Didn't see any side effects but also didn't see any positive improvements. Maybe if I took them recommended amount I could have seen a difference but the size of the tablets were simply to big and too uncomfortable. Glad I didn't spend a fortune on that.

I started taking these after coming off of the pill and wanted a more natural alternative to supporting and regulating my hormones. I had been on the pill for nearly 15 years and had had enough. Being diagnosed with PCOS I’d sometimes go 6 months without a period (pre pill) and since taking them my period has slowly become like clockwork. My cycles are now pretty much every 26 days and last for 4 days. I’d always presumed and feared that due to PCOS I’d likely not be able to have children, or it’d be very hard to. So I thought, PCOS would be my contraception (whilst also being careful). Well I was wrong. To my absolute shock I am pregnant. I am 37 for context and we were not TTC. So in short, these pills are great but with consistency and just be careful what you wish for!
