With sufficient air, 37" is 17 ", 45 inches is 18 ", and 50 inches is 20 ". The more the air pressure, the smaller the inner diameter.

The product's title indicates "Rubber" but the spec cites "neoprene" which is a synthetic rubber. Which is it, real butyl rubber or synthetic?

It is synthetic, best I can tell. However, it is not the actual size (much smaller) and I sent mine back.

What is the maximum weight on the 49" tube?

I really don't know because we use this in our pool when we winterize it. However, there is, at times, a tremendous amount of weight on the cover and therefore the tube when there is water on the cover.

If you weigh 300lbs what size tube should you buy?

Your can try 49 inch. But 49 inch is currently unavailable. At present, you can buy 45 inch to use for a few days.
