I was pleasantly surprised. Such a good price I was sure there would be something not perfect but acceptable. I was wrong. The computer looked brand new. Software all worked without a hitch. Everything was exactly as described and better than I really expected at this price. I have already recommended to my friends and will be back to buy again. Thank you!

Not satisfied at all . Package was received with a dent at the top. Was not the computer displaced in the image Very disappointed in this purchase. Money wasted.

We returned two laptops prior to receiving this one. The others were not actually refurbished and were essentially trash. This one was in mint condition and we may even buy a second one. I have worked in the Enterprise world for 20 years and can honestly say this particular laptop is indeed a true enterprise grade machine. Note that although it is a touchscreen, it is not glossy. This helps reduce eye strain. These anti-glare screens are common on enterprise machines.

It arrived well honestly, a little scratch but I bought acceptable so I don’t complain at all, my only issue is that I bought the touch and it’s not touch at all :(

3rd class. Description says it has full hd screen but the seller maybe changed the screen, it's only normal 1366x766. Display is not fit properly, need to apply glue . keyboard key is different, he placed M key to another place, and question mark key ( ? ) to another place. Did not even check before sending. I need my refund 😡😡😡

Very good refurbished laptop at a great price. Use the same for my daily work and it is very reliable. Make sure to check the refurbished laptop thoroughly, not just physically but also in terms of specs - that the CPU, SSD, and RAM are as per the specs specified in the Amazon item description. I had an issue that the RAM was not at the stated DDR4-3200MHz speed (was at DDR4-2400MHz) and so did a return and ordered from another seller who confirmed to deliver with 1 x 16GB DDR4-3200MHz (that way I can expand to 32GB as there are two RAM SODIMM slots) and all worked out well.
