This seasoning has become a NON-NEGOTIABLE in my kitchen. My kids are absolutely obsessed like, I’m going through almost a bottle a week obsessed. Every time I make chicken with this, it’s gone within minutes and they’re asking for more. The flavor? Perfectly balanced. It gives that classic rotisserie taste with just the right mix of savory, smoky, and a little kick. You can use it straight out the bottle (and it’s amazing), but I’ll sometimes layer it with a few extra spices depending on the dish and it still shines every time. Delicious! My whole household loves this combination of spices. It’s flavorful without being overly salty or spicy (hot). This blend has vibrant, high quality spices that you expect from McCormick. A little goes a long way, but I heavily sprinkle it so the seasoning penetrates the skin and flavors the meat. This Rotisserie Chicken seasoning is a great solution to buying all the ingredients and making your own rub or marinade. It gives a delightful taste to juicy baked chicken legs, tender chicken breast chunks, or a luscious roasted whole chicken. It’s good on french fries and roasted potatoes too. I highly recommend this versatile spice mix!

This seasoning was very good. We have been putting it on many kinds of meat. Great on the grill or pan fried. It’s a nice change of taste to brighten up the same ole seasoning used for years.

Wasn't salty make all meat taste so good not spicy

As a former "over- seasoner",LOL, I am used to mixing so many seasonings together. With this seasoning, less is more! I used it on air fried chicken thighs. So good! I just sprinkle a generous amount and rubbed it into the meat. After seasoning the chicken with this, I let it marinate in fridge so that flavor of the seasoning could really intensify. You really can taste every spice in this seasoning. Take it from me, someone who overdoes it with mixing too many seasonings. This is all you need!

This spice is fantastic, really brings out the flavors in rotisserie chicken, I use on the whole chicken, breasts, thighs and roasted vegetables.
