Cool Picks "Beta Carbonate" Thumb Picks - 4 Picks (4, Medium)

I use this thumb pick as a flat pick most of the time. I do use it for finger picking also, but only in conjunction with a cross flat picking technique. I reshape the point with sandpaper and add a bevel to the edges. This pick holds its edge and point remarkably well. I lose them before I have to reshape them. Great tone from the polycarbonate material.

Very hard plastic composite that make the strings ring. It well not change shape even how long you wear it. After 10 years of using thumb picks, this is the best material I ever use " Beta Carbonate". At first, I have to take a couple of time in boiling water to reshape it contour to the way it suit my style. Very springy & very hard material to reshape. The best I ever use. I have a medium size hand measuring from tip of the thumb & tip of pinky is 8 1/2 inches, so I use Large size pick and comfortably tight. I would say the product is a 5 stars.

The very best thumbpicks out there! Fit nice and tight. Produces a very crisp tone. I used to use Zookies but now these are the picks for me!

Did not work for me. Very uncomfortable. I tried to heat them up a little 2 different ways. I tried put it into near boiling water for about 5 minutes no change. I also tried to heat it with a light and it started melting right away. I ordered the Large and they are way too small for my thumb and my hands are pretty small an slender.

I love the tone I get with these picks! My only down side is they are a bit tight on my thumb initially, but as they say, hot water helps to expand them for a more comfortable fit.

Bright and crisp. Extremely comfortable, and yet snug; I don't have a large thumb. The sound I was looking for. It's wider than Fred Kelly Slick picks. The large fits good on a medium thumb. I will purchase again.
