Learning Resources Inflatable Labeling Globe - Geography Class Supplies for Kids, Inflatable Earth, Classroom Science Supplies

I use these in our Spanish elementary school in Guatemala. I like that there is no English on them and that you can mark places you are studying and then erase it later. It is huge so it can be used as a visual in a large classroom and is fun for games. I had an issue with some I had ordered having holes and by the time it reached us in Guatemala is was passed the return date. Learning Resources made it right and replaced them IN Guatemala. I really respect that.

Cool idea for teaching kids world geography. My nephews and I have been having a blast with it. It's not super heavy duty, but seems to hold up around the house.

Used at party for kids that attended sign . It very large and went great with party theme . My grandson loved it

*EDIT* Changed my rating from 5 stars to 1. Will NOT hold air. Multiple micro holes in the seams. Tried to repair but too many to do so. The $2.99 cheap globes from Hobby Lobby work better!Holy crap! I thought when they said 12” they meant already blown up! Damn! It’s huge! So very happy I’m still shocked! Surprisingly round(I paid “extra” because the picture actually made it look round.) The seams are actually on the inside so it’s actually round. Most are “beach balls for parties” but I was looking for a teaching tool for my 7th grade Geography class. VERY happy with quality. As far as holding air I will update if it’s bad!

Bought this for my grandkids. They love learning the oceans and continents by shape and size and getting to write on the ball itself. Such a visual learning tool!! It is big so it is kept inflated during the learning time. I like that because it is now a visual reminder outside of set learning times

This is a great size for classroom use. I haven't tried writing on it yet. Love that the countries are different colors and that it has longitude and latitude lines.It deflates noticeably within 24 hours. I plan to use it weekly, which means I need to have a pump handy and inflate it the morning I plan to use it. I wish it stayed inflated.

This toy is a nice concept, and comes with some good suggestions, such as catch-and-name games. However, we got a particularly dirty globe. What is worse, the globe is dirty on the inside, which makes it impossible to clean. This greatly diminished our enthusiasm for using this toy.

I am a k-12 Social Studies Specialist, the kids love this teaching tool. They get excited when they see me come into their class. I have 5 inflatable globes, am able to put the student in small groups and do different types of activities. I use this with the inflatable political globe that makes this ball look small, 😂
