why isn't Bromelain and zinc not listed in the ingredients on the bottle?

The bottle with the Red color strawberry on the front label does list the Bromelain & Zinc on back label, the bottle with the white strawberry on label does not list Bromelain & Zinc as ingredients probably cause it does not have it. Different bottles of Quercetin Liquid drops

There is too little bromelain in this, only 5 mg, you need at least 500 mg to be effective, would the manuf include more?

We are actively working on reformulating our product to include a higher amount of bromelain. Our goal is to provide our customers with the most effective and beneficial product possible.

Any improvements to eye health?

Yes. There are some studies which conclude that Quercetin can be good for eye health. “ Is quercetin good for the eyes? Numerous in vitro studies and animal models have shown that the antioxidant and chelating properties of quercetin can protect the lens from oxidative damage and prevent the occurrence of cataracts” Here is a link to the article. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0753332221001566

Why is this product now yellow? Usually all quecertin supplements in liquid form are naturally occuring yellow.
