It made me feel very weird and lethargic to the point I fell asleep watching a movie. I Woke up feeling very tired but noticed my body was so relaxed and absolutely no old lady aches and pain. SECOND DAY I used 1/4 recommended dose . I didn't feel weird but once again so relaxed that I vegged on the couch and fell asleep. I also fixed my boyfriend a cup( full strength) to see if it would help his hip and back pain( he is past due for cortisone shots) he was also grouchy and stressed about how he was going to work with this much pain the next day. It helped his pain and stress emensly.( he also fell asleep ) I fixed him a second cup right before bed and he got a great nites sleep. Same thing for him the next day. .
