Nice machine

This is my second YesWelder. I gifted my first one to my father-in-law just so I could buy the MP200 Pro. I love the easy-to-use menu on the screen. The preset settings are perfect for someone like me who uses it from time to time. This one has a built-in plasma cutter — great features to have all in one machine. The only issue I have is the factory air connector is right in the middle on the back and it extends out right where the welding tank will be on the welding cart. I will relocate it.

Good welder

This machine is really cool, lots of features and super easy to use. There are a few things I do not like about it. #1 The Giant tig torch. I’m use to a Lincoln square wave which the tig torch is small and easy to change the heads, pretty much universal. In this instance the one it comes with is super hard to use on precision welding, and it’s not really universal. I just ended up making a part to use the Lincoln tig torch. #2 There is no setting for normal tig using the foot pedal, you either set it on high Frequency or lift arc. The pedal still works for lift arc but you still have to touch tungsten to get the arc. It’s a little aggrevating. #3 The separator for air when using the plasma cutter is dead center of machine on the back. When you place the machine on the cart and put the bottle on you have to take it off because it’s in the way. Other than that, it welds good. I’ve been using pulse on 35 amps with .040 tungsten welding paper thin stainless and it’s doing good. The weld clean mode is pretty cool as well, cleans welds good. Still need to try the other features.

Does exactly what is advertised. I’m a rookie welder and I have been able to stick metal together and cut it apart!

Blew up on me one day into using it. It’s a nice machine but to use it for 12 hrs a day every day not worth it heats up a lot.
