Finally, a cream that is really healing the sores on my legs that I've had for over 2 years. Everything doctors prescribed didn't work, made issues worse. Immediate healing within 24 hours! No greasy, oily, sticky residues. Cream is easily absorbed into skin. I have very sensitive skin. No itching, burning etc. after applying. Unlike some creams, I can use this to cover my legs completely not only on sores. Safe on open sores. Will be purchasing again as my condition is ongoing problem. Highly recommend.

I have been suffering from dry and itchy arms for YEARS! it has gotten very bad in recent months to the point the itch is keeping me up at nights and there was no amount of moisturizing creams, prescription cortisone creams or specialized soaps seemed to make any difference. ENTER MANUKA SOOTHING CREAM! after ONE application I slept through the night! woke up in the morning a little itchy, applied another dollop and the itch went away. I kept reapplying throughout the day small amounts as I felt my skin drying up, and it prevented any additional itch attacks. a few "negatives": * It does not feel great on the skin, a little tacky, but got absorbed relatively quickly so that part is manageable. * as with most unfragranced creams, it is not odorless. it has a very mild scent from the various ingredients that is not particularly pleasant, but also not offensive. it's fine at best. Fragrances can cause irritation on their own so I prefer something to smell a little medicinal or plain than risk irritation. * It is quite pricey relative to other more "generic" products if you compare by weight alone. I think you also need to consider quality of ingredients and effectiveness. For a cream I can afford to buy without taking a second loan on my house to ACTUALLY HELP MY SKIN - I think it's a good value. * along the same lines - a little does NOT go a long way. I seem to need to reapply rather frequently ( the instructions actually say to use 3-4 times a day and increase use for better results ) so I suspect I'll need to have this on subscription at the very least monthly in order for it to last. Even with all the flaws I referenced - I am still giving this the full 5 stars. Nothing has helped my skin as quickly and as noticeable as this cream has!

Manuka Honey Cream soaks into your skin and softens calloused areas, especially heels. Feels wonderful on your face, and body. I have rough skin for a woman, and I do like the results!

This is creamy with a light scent and easy to apply and moisturize the skin. The price is reasonable and I like the different size options.

The cream feels really nice on my skin, absorbs well and not greasy. The container is a nice size with a lot of the product in it. The ingredients are clean and natural, with perfect consistency. And it helps to calm my itchy skin. I definitely would recommend it.

During the winter, the backs of my hands get so itchy, dry and painful. It almost looks like a rash that is blistered this winter and nothing would soothe it. I then recalled that Manuka honey could be applied topically but it was not an option for me while working and being a busy mom. I found this cream on Amazon after searching online if a cream even existed with Manuka in it. After 2 days of using this product, both my son and I see a huge difference. Our skin appears less red, less bumpy and hardly itchy. I did use it more often than the directions but it works and I wish I found this sooner!

40 year psoriasis sufferer,,almost always mild,,This stuff works great for me,,I went down a honey tasting rabbit hole a few moths ago and discovered Manuka and gave this stuff a shot While Mg 217 is hands down the best OTC med for me..This is an extremely close second. Mg 217 is like wearing road tar,,it smells,,it sticks to everything,,it gets roadkill in it sometimes,,but it works for moisturizing and scale build up..And this product does as well,,AND IT DOESNT SMELL,,after 10 minutes you have no residue,,and it has great coverage,,a little goes a long way..While I’ll apply it 3 times a day compared to two for Mg217. The lack of smell and pine tar level stickiness,,is the number one reason I won’t be using mg 217 anymore,Mg is definitely cheaper and slightly more effective,,,But I hate feeling like human flypaper..

It's decent cream, but it's almost double the price it was 6 months ago! Ridiculous! I didn't realize it has gold in it! Just not affordable!
