My doctor is amazing-like truly incredible and I don't have near the room here to go into all the reasons why, but I'll just say he's really invested in his patients, actually cares, and tries to find the best solution for each person. So when he recommended this to me, I thought, sure, I'll try it I guess. I have never had regular cycles my whole life, but just a month after starting myoinosital, I started having a monthly cycle. I even got pregnant two months into taking it! In an effort to stay within budget, I've tried a few different brands of myoinosital (all with the correct ratio of d chiro as well) and this brand is my favorite. It's high quality (one brand had a hair inside the bottle and another brand for some reason actually didn't help regulate me) and not only is the supplement high quality, I really like the bottle. I know it's kind of silly or superficial, but it's nice and bright and when I reach to take it, it makes me feel nice. Another thing about myoinosital in general, the effects are far more reaching than just menstrual cycles! Since this helps balance my hormones, I have fewer of my previously chronic migraines (like I went from 2-4 days a week with migraine to something like once or twice every two weeks which makes an enormous difference.) It has also helped emotionally with depression and anxiety. I highly recommend trying it and this is the brand I'd choose!

UPDATE: NICE! I recently noticed another positive from taking these capsules. My entire life, I have been an easy bleeder. A cut can occur from the smallest scratch, bleeding enough to require a bandage. Then, said cut seems to take forever to disappear. Recently, I dropped a very sharp knife and it slit my thigh, causing it to, of course, bleed immediately. After putting a bandage on tightly, it stopped. Only 2 days later, I noticed that the cut was almost invisible! The ingredients in these Carlyle Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro Inosito Capsules are stated to help women with heavy bleeding and that makes perfect sense. So, if you are looking at these from researching that, they may help you. I just know I'm sold and will keep ordering them. I started taking these Carlyle Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro Inositol 2060mg capsules recently after doing some research for hypothyroidism. Having been on meds for that for years, I, like so many others, have been frustrated with the lack of results with thyroid meds. After doing the research, it seems the ingredients in this product have a huge impact on how well your body progresses. This brand seems to have what I'm looking for, without the stuff I'm not, and for a fair price. I've noticed a definite improvement in my energy levels and cognitive thinking. My days have been extra long recently with too many work days without being off, and I honestly don't think I could have done it otherwise. Granted, these are my observations. But if you do your own research on the ingredients, you'll decide if this is a product that might help you. I honestly believe they have helped me and have already ordered my next batch. The capsules are large, but easy to swallow. I take 2 in the am with a D supplement and 2 in the pm with an iron supplement. Works for me. Be sure to check with your healthcare provider before taking supplements with your meds.

Myo-inositol has truly changed my life. I used to struggle with awful periods—heavy, painful, and draining every month. Since I started taking it, my cycles have become so much more manageable. I have suffered from a hormonal imbalance since 2017. With cycles over 100 days long, I was in desperate need of an alternative to traditional remedies. On my first bottle, my cycle was reduced to 40 days. I was skeptical and decided to go for a second bottle (the next month) to be sure it wasn't just a coincidence. The following cycle was also reduced to 39 days. This works. At least it did for me. It could be a little annoying at first having to swallow 4 pills a day. However, once you see them working, you won't mind at all.
