This fits in my hand comfortably and lets me "feel" the bread dough I'm mixing even though it is nice & rigid. It's large enough to make the mixing go very quickly. And, if I'm making a double loaf it easily cuts the dough in half with no more than 2 slices. It cleans up beautifully - I'm sure it will last a long time. I am taking this to my next sourdough class to show it to everyone - I would definitely recommend it - it's a great little device.

I switched out my plastic bowl scraper with this silicone scraper. It’s sturdy & does the job but doesn’t get the bowl quite as clean as the plastic scraper. Easy to clean & no plastic residue in my loaves.

Works great! I make gluten free pizza dough and this gets every bit out of the bowl and then I use it to cut the dough ball into smaller portions. It’s the perfect mix of flexible and stiff, also the perfect size.

This tool is so handy. Handling dough is so much easier, but it can be used for so much more. Scrap excess from your bowl or pot. The quality and price was great. The size is perfect, it fits right in hand. It’s not sticky, the silicone is very durable.
