An elder Relative uses for their periodic wound care and they’re exactly what they need rather than trying to splash iodine out of bottles onto application pads or cotton swabs.

Great for post-surgical care! Just as good as the name-brand used in the specialty hospital in NOLA where the surgery was done. Large head, completely saturated with iodine, very soft, no poky plastic stick. Will be ordering more of these for upcoming surgeries. Highly recommend these over the ‘qtip’ style that you have no snap to get the iodine out of the shaft-those are no bueno for post surgery.

Hey, it's summertime and with summertime comes an increase in minor injuries. Therefor, it's always good to be prepared to treat those nicks, cuts and scratches to prevent infections and promote healing. Always clean and disinfect an injury to promote healing. As part of your first aid products to have on hand,I ordered Betadine Antiseptic and Povidone-Iodine swabs. They arrived in just a few days allowing me to add these two products to my basic first aid supplies. They will provide additional treatment options for those minor scrapes, cuts, and even burns that are sure to occur during the busy, active summer season.

Bought for aftercare on upcoming surgery. My mother and daughter had to throw more than half away due to them being dry when first opening up or with very little use. Not durable at all.

These are great. It’s attacking the toe fungus and for the first time my spouse can see that the fungus will be gone. Takes time and patience is required. The fungus is half way up the big toe and the new part is looking healthy. After 15 years. The product is so easy and convenient to use. Six months and it’s almost gone. Pre-measured swabs are so easy to use.

I did not know what to expect with these. I could not find the required iodine I needed at any pharmacy. I will very happy with these. They are all individually wrapped and have a lot of iodine on them to swab the wound, the swab tip is also a generous size as is the amount of iodine. They are great for travel because of this.. I would definitely recommend.

We rescued a red-eared slider turtle, with some, minimal, shell rot areas. These swabs were perfect for treating him :) we have reordered to keep them in our reptile first aid kit. For the individuals reviewing they are too dry (we noticed this too): if you squeeze the swab in the packet, before you open and remove it, the issue is resolved 😊

I intended to use this product to manage care for many wounds caused by an autoimmune condition. Similar products supplied by my healthcare provider are consistently of better quality and it never occurred to me that there could be a problem. I received the package in a timely manner, and there was no damage. The best before date was stamped sometime in 2027. Despite this upon opening half a dozen individually packaged swabs, they were dry. Some were not even completely saturated in iodine, still appearing partially white. Needless to say these individual swabs were completely useless. I have since been forced to source the swabs elsewhere, from a brick and mortar business, since quality is now a question in my mind and I need to simplify the complaint process.
